Energy Efficient Fixtures

241 Series Recessed Lay-In Troffer

Application
This unit is designed for quick installation with inverted "T-Bar" ceilings. It is specifically designed to minimize energy and relamping costs by the use of a mirror reflector.

Construction
Housing is die formed from heavy gauge steel and finished in a baked white enamel. A patented mirror aluminum reflector increases the fixture's efficiency thereby reducing energy use and allowing reduction of the number of lamps.

Electrical
All units are furnished with UL listed Class "P" thermally protected, 120 volt, 60 Hz ballast. Other voltages are available upon request. Ballast wires are inserted through access plate for easy installation, free from entering ballast raceway. Fixtures meet requirements for UL Standard #1570 for fluorescent fixtures. All units comply with NAECA 1988 (Public Law 100-357)

Mounting
All units are equipped with 7/8" knockouts in top, sides, and end plates. Designed for use in inverted "T-Bar" ceilings, this fixture comes with earthquake clips built into the end plates.

Wrap Around Surface Mount Fixture (Schoolhouse Fixture)

Description
Attractive, low profile style with exceptionally high light output and energy efficiency. Same body for 1, 2, and 3 lamp versions ensures uniform appearance.

Application
Surface or pendant mount. The units can be mounted individually or in continuous run. Well-suited for school and other commercial applications.

Shipping
Fixtures are packed in 48 1/2" x 10" x 5" double wall cartons, 12 1/2 lbs. per unit.

Construction
Formed from 22 gauge steel (models built to New York City standards also available) in baked white enamel. Fitted with 95% reflectivity silver reflector laminated to .025" aluminum attached to fixture with wingnuts for no-tool ease of access to the ballast. Clear acrylic prismatic wrap around diffuser hinges on either side and snaps on and off for easy maintenance.

Electrical
Fixtures are UL listed. Standard ballast is 120 or 277 volt, electronic 1, 2, or 3 lamp. Ballast options available for tandem wiring include 1 lamp units with 2 lamp ballasts, or 2 lamp units with 4 lamp ballasts, and no-ballast units.
